Project Overview
The family had already been working with a restoration company, the kind that gets jobs fed directly from insurance carriers. Six months in, they were getting nowhere. That arrangement works fine until the scope needs to expand or the insurance payout needs to be challenged. Those companies don't fight. They protect the relationship with the carrier, not the homeowner.
The family found us.

We came in, assessed what the kitchen actually needed, and did what the other company wasn't willing to do, we went after the insurance. We built the case, pushed the scope, and advocated for the right fix instead of the cheap one.

The result was a brand new kitchen. After nearly six months of a family living without one through a New England winter, they finally had their home back.
